When it comes to your life, it’s not our place to dictate what things you should care about. We believe in providing the resources that will alleviate distractions and allow you to do your best work.

Our fundamentals Health is Wealth We don’t prescribe time off policies for salaried employees. We don’t set a holiday or vacation schedule either. Practically speaking this means, as long as objectives are met, your team and clients aren’t negatively impacted then you can choose your own holiday schedule. We want you to observe what is important to you - including when your mind and body simply need a break. We monitor the Return On Investment (ROI) per team, not the number of holidays or sick days you take.

Not Harder
We believe in you and your ability to work smarter, not harder. We strongly believe in flexible working. As long as your workload is being managed and completed, why should it matter to us what hours you work or where you work from. We will support you by giving you the tools to work smarter so that you can maintain a work life balance.
Our fundamentals Family first Being a parent is gender natural and so is our Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave policy. We recognise that one of the most special events in an individual's life is the birth andor adoption of their child. Our paid parental leave is flexible and generous, allowing parents to take the time they need to care for and bond with their new child.

All we ask is that you commit to working for Kennis Wiser for any time over the statutory minimum plus two years. For example, if you take 12 months and the statutory minimum is 9 months, you would commit to working for us for 3 months and 2 years.
Our fundamentals Top of market Our philosophy is to pay at the top of the professional market so that we can attract and retain fantastic talent. To make the best estimate of the top of personal market, we ask leaders to think about three core questions:

1. What could a person get at another company?
2. What would we be willing to pay to keep them?
3. What would a replacement person cost?

When asking the third question we ask a leader to think about the cost as a whole. Taking the time to consider training, salary, recruitment, cultural fit and team dynamics.

We want to do our part to help you do this which is why we will match any donations you make up to the value of £2,500 to an organisation of your choice, providing they comply with our companies ethical guidelines.
